Sunday Morning Reflection:

One of the things I found over the years of dealing with small business owners and myself...our biggest strengths can become our biggest obstacle. Sometimes we need help in finishing a project and do not ask... thus creating delays and bad feelings. Or we need to admit that we do not know how to do something (tough one for me), and we plow ahead and create a mess for ourselves and our customers. 

Coming to terms with ourselves ... and how we can make sure our strengths remain an asset.. and not be a hindrance... is an important task on the way to business success.
